About the Role
Our client is seeking an experienced and dynamic Corporate Trainer specializing in Leadership Development for their remote workforce. This role is crucial in equipping current and future leaders with the skills and competencies necessary to drive organizational success. You will design, develop, and deliver impactful training programs that foster effective leadership, team management, and strategic thinking across the company. This position offers the flexibility of remote work and the opportunity to significantly influence leadership capabilities within a growing organization.
Key Responsibilities- Design and deliver engaging leadership training programs, workshops, and coaching sessions to employees at various levels.
- Develop comprehensive training materials, including facilitator guides, participant workbooks, and e-learning modules.
- Assess training needs across the organization and recommend appropriate leadership development interventions.
- Utilize various training methodologies, including virtual instructor-led training, blended learning, and one-on-one coaching.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and measure ROI through feedback and performance metrics.
- Stay current with best practices in leadership development and adult learning principles.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field;
Master's degree preferred. - Minimum of 5 years of experience in corporate training, with a specific focus on leadership development.
- Proven ability to design and deliver impactful training programs, both in-person and virtually.
- Expertise in leadership theories, management skills, communication, and team building.
- Excellent presentation, facilitation, and communication skills, with strong virtual facilitation capabilities.
