The Role You'll bring a strong sales and business development background, with your own clients and the drive to make the most of this opportunity earning 55% commission along the way. We're looking for motivated, results-driven self-starters who can manage the full recruitment process, from first client conversation through to placement. This role gives you genuine flexibility to work from home and shape your own priorities, with support and advice whenever you need it.
