Our comprehensive services include retained executive search, contingent direct hire, RPO, and compensation benchmarking, allowing us to fill positions from C-suite executives to field staff.

Opportunity Overview
We’re looking for a driven individual to join our Vancouver head office. This is an opportunity to become part of our established team and work closely with experienced consultants who will mentor and support your career within recruitment. You will specialize within commercial real estate, therefore an interest in or prior knowledge of the industry will be beneficial.

Key Responsibilities:

Achieve an annual target of  $300,000  in fees in commercial real estate across Western Canada

Source candidates for roles across real estate such as asset, property, and building management

Able to actively manage and advise candidates throughout the recruitment process

Manage existing clients relationships to ensure ongoing high levels of service delivery

Attend industry events and client meetings to represent Taylor Ryan’s brand

What We’re Looking For:

Experience:

Prior experience within recruitment or internal talent acquisition OR experience working within the real estate industry.

A passion and interest for real estate.

Strong communication skills and ability to build rapport.

Qualities:

Strong initiative, drive, self-motivation, and ambition.

Resilience and integrity.

Professionalism and maturity with a sense of accountability.

Competitive salary with an  uncapped commission structure  paid monthly.

Up to  20 days PTO  plus public holidays.

Work from home to start, transitioning to a hybrid model after 6 months.

Eligibility for our  annual incentive trip .
