Our commission structure means a high-performing recruiter can earn over 40% of their billings in total compensation - significantly above the typical industry level of around 30-33%.

We don't believe working longer automatically means billing more. Finish early every Friday and enjoy a proper weekend.

Three days in the office, with the remaining 1.5 days working from home

We operate exclusively across specialist, high-growth and high-fee sectors
, including Nuclear, Quantum, AI, Clean Tech and Life Sciences. That means interesting clients, difficult-to-find candidates and fees that properly reward the work involved.

Clear progression with defined routes through Senior, Principal, Management and Director level. If you're performing, there shouldn't be any ambiguity around what comes next.
