Job Summary:Location: Tanjong Pagar
Salary: Basic from $3,200 + Uncapped Commission
Working Hours: Monday – Friday, 8:30/9:00/9:30am – 5:30/6:00/6:30pm

Build relationships with clients and understand their hiring needs
Source, screen, and match candidates to suitable roles
Manage the full recruitment cycle from sourcing to placement
Achieve sales and placement targets
Support clients and candidates throughout the onboarding process
Degree or Diploma with 1 year of experience in sales or business development
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, capable of engaging effectively with both candidates and clients
Excellent organizational abilities and attention to detail, with the capability to manage multiple priorities
Results-oriented with a passion for achieving outstanding outcomes for clients and candidates
