HR Administration Specialist (6 month Fixed-Term Contract, 100%) with strong potential for permanent employment conversion

ContextTo temporarily strengthen our HR team based in Trimbach/Olten (SO), we are looking for a detail-oriented, and service-minded HR professional.
In this role, you will be responsible for managing HR administrative processes and tasks throughout the entire employee lifecycle acting as a trusted partner for employees and managers.
Your Responsibilities- Manage all personnel administration activities throughout the employee lifecycle, from onboarding to offboarding
- Prepare employment contracts, contract amendments, certificates, attestations, and other HR-related documents
- Process employee changes and ensure the accuracy, quality, and maintenance of HR data within our systems
- Handle registrations, follow-up activities, and correspondence with social insurance authorities
- Serve as a trusted point of contact for employees and managers regarding HR administrative matters
- Work closely with the Payroll team and HR Business Partners
- Contribute to the smooth operation of HR processes and support continuous process improvement initiatives as needed
- Commercial education complemented by HR training (e.g., HR Assistant Certificate or equivalent qualification)
- Proven experience in HR administration within Switzerland (at least 1 year of professional experience)
- Solid knowledge of Swiss social insurance schemes and the fundamentals of Swiss employment law
- Comfortable working with HR systems and digital tools; experience with Abacus is an advantage
- Structured, organized, and self-driven personality with a strong service orientation
- Excellent interpersonal skills and a collaborative mindset
- Fluency in German & English, French would be a real plus
- Fixed-term contract period: 6 months, high probability to convert into a FTE after 6 months
- Position based in Trimbach, working from home 2 days per week
