About the Role

Our client is seeking a detail-oriented and enthusiastic Junior Human Resources Trainee to join their team in Mahikeng . This hybrid role provides an excellent entry point into the HR field, offering hands‑on experience in various HR functions including recruitment, employee relations, and HR administration. You will learn from experienced HR professionals, supporting daily operations and contributing to a positive work environment.

This position is ideal for individuals with strong interpersonal skills and a keen interest in human resources, offering a blend of office-based and remote work flexibility. You will be instrumental in supporting our client's most valuable asset: its people.

• Assist with the recruitment process, including screening resumes and scheduling interviews.
• Support the onboarding process for new employees.
• Maintain employee records and ensure data accuracy in HR systems.
• Assist in the administration of HR policies and procedures.
• Provide support for employee queries and concerns.
• Help organize HR events and training sessions.

• A strong interest in Human Resources and a foundational understanding of HR principles.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• High level of discretion and confidentiality.
• Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• A relevant qualification or current study in HR, Business, or a related field is advantageous.

• An annual trainee salary of R72,000.
