• Assist in the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing candidates to onboarding new hires.
• Support the administration of employee benefits, payroll, and HR records.

• A Bachelor's or Honours degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
• A strong understanding of HR principles and practices.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a compassionate approach.
• Proficiency in HR information systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
