• Conduct comprehensive phone and video interviews to assess technical skills, cultural fit, and career aspirations.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with technology clients, understanding their specific hiring needs and market challenges.
• Effectively manage candidate pipelines and provide timely updates to both clients and candidates throughout the hiring process.
• Stay abreast of emerging technologies and industry trends to provide expert advice to clients and candidates.

• Proven experience (3+ years) in recruitment, with a strong focus on the technology sector.
• Demonstrated success in sourcing and placing IT professionals across various specializations.
• Excellent virtual communication, interviewing, and candidate management skills.
• Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and various online recruitment tools.
