About the Role
Our client seeks a strategic and experienced Remote HR Business Partner to support their teams, with a focus on operations based in Rustenburg . This is a fully remote position, allowing you to work from any location within South Africa , contributing to a modern, flexible work environment. You will act as a key liaison between the HR department and business leaders, driving HR initiatives that support organizational effectiveness and employee engagement.
The ideal candidate will possess strong business acumen, excellent consulting skills, and a proactive approach to addressing HR challenges and opportunities within a diverse workforce.
- Partner with business leaders to understand their strategic objectives and translate them into HR plans and actions.
- Provide expert guidance and support on talent management, organizational design, and change management initiatives.
- Develop and implement HR strategies focused on employee engagement, performance management, and retention.
- Advise on employee relations issues, conduct investigations, and ensure fair and consistent application of HR policies.
- Collaborate with talent acquisition to ensure the right talent is attracted and onboarded effectively.
- Analyze HR data and metrics to provide insights and recommendations to business leaders.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in HR, with a significant portion as an HR Business Partner.
- Proven track record of successfully partnering with senior management to drive HR initiatives.
- Strong understanding of South African labor laws and HR best practices.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
