This role is designed to provide strategic HR support to operational departments, focusing on enhancing workforce planning, employee performance, and overall operational efficiency. You will act as a key advisor to operational leaders, driving HR initiatives that align with business objectives and support a high-performing, engaged workforce.

- Serve as a strategic partner to operational leadership, aligning HR strategies with business needs.
- Support workforce planning, talent development, and succession planning for operational teams.
- Manage and resolve complex employee relations issues within operational departments.
- Implement performance management processes to drive productivity and accountability.
- Advise on compensation and benefits strategies to attract and retain key operational talent.
- Champion HR initiatives and contribute to the development of a positive and effective remote work culture.
- 5+ years of experience as an HR Business Partner, preferably supporting operational or industrial functions.
- Proven track record of working effectively in a remote or distributed organizational structure.
- Deep understanding of South African labour legislation and HR best practices.
- Strong capabilities in change management, talent management, and performance improvement.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Industrial Psychology, or a related field.
