About the Role

Our client, a prominent recruitment consultancy, is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Recruitment Resourcer to join their remote team. In this crucial role, you will be the backbone of the recruitment process, identifying and engaging potential candidates for a wide range of vacancies. You will utilize advanced search techniques and a variety of platforms to build talent pipelines. You will be instrumental in ensuring our client's ability to meet client demands effectively.

• Source and identify qualified candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networks.
• Conduct initial screening calls to assess candidate suitability and interest.
• Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline for key roles and industries.
• Update and manage candidate information within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
• Partner closely with Recruitment Consultants to understand their requirements and candidate needs.
• Schedule interviews and manage candidate communication throughout the early stages of the recruitment process.

• Previous experience in recruitment, sourcing, or a similar candidate-focused role is advantageous.
• Proficiency in using online sourcing tools and databases.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a friendly and professional demeanor.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote setting.
