• Master's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Significant experience as an HR Business Partner , with demonstrated success in a remote or distributed team environment.
• In-depth knowledge of HR principles, labour law, and organisational development strategies.
• Exceptional consulting, influencing, and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficiency in HRIS and advanced virtual collaboration tools.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities, with the ability to work autonomously.
