About the Role

Our client is seeking a motivated and experienced Remote Hospitality Recruiter to identify, attract, and hire top talent for various roles within the hospitality sector. This position plays a critical role in supporting the growth and success of our client's operations by sourcing candidates for positions ranging from entry-level to senior management across hotels, restaurants, and tourism-related businesses. You will leverage your expertise in talent acquisition and your understanding of the hospitality industry to build a strong talent pipeline and ensure a seamless recruitment process, all from a remote work environment.

• Source, screen, and interview candidates for a wide range of hospitality positions using various recruitment tools and platforms.
• Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates for hard-to-fill roles.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates and hiring managers, ensuring a positive candidate experience.
• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from job posting and sourcing to offer negotiation and onboarding support.
• Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition and hospitality recruitment.
• Utilize applicant tracking systems (ATS) to manage candidate data and track recruitment progress.

• Proven experience as a recruiter, with a specialization in the hospitality industry.
• Strong understanding of recruitment processes, sourcing techniques, and candidate assessment methods.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in using recruitment software and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
• Ability to work independently, manage a high volume of requisitions, and meet tight deadlines in a remote setting.
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
