Our client, a respected recruitment consultancy, is looking for a specialized Industrial Recruitment Consultant to join their team, operating with a hybrid model from Mossel Bay, Western Cape . This role is crucial for supporting the industrial and manufacturing sectors in the region by sourcing skilled labor and operational staff. You will manage client relationships, understand specific industry needs, and implement effective recruitment strategies to fill critical roles, contributing to the operational success of businesses in the area.

• Partner with clients in the industrial sector to understand their workforce requirements and challenges.
• Source and attract skilled industrial professionals, including tradespeople, technicians, and operational staff.
• Conduct thorough screening and vetting of candidates to ensure alignment with job specifications and safety standards.
• Manage the entire recruitment process from initial brief to successful placement and follow-up.
• Build and maintain a strong database of industrial candidates and clients in the Mossel Bay region.

• Minimum of 3 years' experience in recruitment, with a focus on industrial, manufacturing, or engineering sectors.
• Demonstrated ability to recruit for technical and skilled trade roles.
• Strong understanding of industrial environments and associated skill sets.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and client relationship management skills.
• Familiarity with local labor markets in the Western Cape is highly desirable.
