About the Role

Our client is seeking a specialized HR Officer with a focus on Recruitment to join their team in Kimberley . This role will be instrumental in sourcing, attracting, and onboarding top talent to meet the company's growing needs. You will work closely with hiring managers to understand their staffing requirements and execute effective recruitment strategies. This hybrid position offers flexibility, blending on-site collaboration with remote work to optimize the recruitment process and candidate experience.

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including job profiling, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer management.
• Develop and implement creative sourcing strategies to attract a diverse pool of qualified candidates.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to define role requirements and selection criteria.
• Ensure a positive and efficient candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
• Maintain accurate recruitment data and reports within the HR system.
• Assist with onboarding logistics for new hires.

• 2-4 years of experience in HR, with a strong emphasis on recruitment .
• Proven ability to source candidates through various channels (job boards, social media, networking).
• Good understanding of South African labour laws related to employment.
• Proficiency in HRIS and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
• Bachelor's degree or relevant HR qualification.
