You will be responsible for managing client relationships, identifying top talent, and facilitating successful placements across a range of industries. • Conduct remote client needs assessments and provide expert recruitment solutions tailored to their specific requirements.
• Source, screen, and engage with candidates through various online platforms and virtual networking.
• Manage the full recruitment cycle, from initial candidate contact through to offer acceptance, all conducted virtually.
• Build and maintain strong, long-distance relationships with clients and candidates through consistent communication.
• Stay informed about market trends and industry best practices relevant to remote recruitment.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the company's Applicant Tracking System (ATS).

• Proven experience as a Recruitment Consultant or similar role, with a strong understanding of the recruitment process.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and manage a full workload remotely.
• Excellent virtual communication, negotiation, and client management skills.
• Proficiency in using online recruitment tools, video conferencing, and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
