• Manage and maintain accurate employee records and HR databases remotely.
• Support the recruitment process by posting job ads, screening applications, and scheduling interviews.

• Provide first-level HR support to employees, responding to inquiries regarding policies and procedures.
• Assist in the preparation of HR reports and presentations.
• Facilitate virtual HR events and training sessions as needed.

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related discipline.
• 1-3 years of experience in an HR support role, preferably within a remote setting.
• Proficiency with HRIS software and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for remote collaboration.
