Senior HR Adviser

You're Senior HR Advisor with broad HR experience with a strength in managing complex ER cases. You'll be comfortable in a HR data driven environment supporting senior stakeholders. The organisation provides research and development within the pharmaceutical sector, population is c800 mainly based in the UK, and with a smaller population in Spain. Based in modern offices, that also includes an onsite gym and showers, set in stunning grounds.

The style of HR is focused on coaching and guiding managers, they work closely with their stakeholders rather than in an HR office. You'll be part of a medium sized HR team who have a strong team ethic, and actively support each other, you'll also be working closely with their L&D and Talent Management specialist. The role is for 12 months covering a maternity.

They operate more of an agile model so happy with people working from home if they have more admin focused task, but prefer people to office based when meeting with stakeholders. The successful candidate will have experience of supporting a corporate or technical population across the whole employee life cycle. Essential to have experience guiding managers with a wide range of employee relations.
