HR Advisor

People & Culture Advisor required in Huntingdon Cambridgeshire. Permanent | Huntingdon | £35,000 per annum Monday to Friday – 8am – 5pm (1 day working from home) We are looking for an experienced People & Culture Advisor with strong Employee Relations (ER) experience to provide HR advice and support across the business.

Key Responsibilities Manage and advise on a range of ER cases , from day-to-day issues through to more complex cases. Support managers with disciplinary, grievance, absence, probation and performance management processes. Provide practical advice on HR policies, procedures and employment matters. Monitor ER casework, identify trends and provide updates to the People & Culture Business Partner. Support onboarding, contracts, HR administration and employee lifecycle processes.

Maintain accurate HR records and HR systems. Support employee engagement activities and wider People & Culture projects. About You Previous HR advisory experience with strong ER case management experience . CIPD Level 3 qualified or working towards it, ideally. Confident advising managers on a range of employee relations matters. Excellent communication, organisation and problem-solving skills. Strong knowledge of MS Office, particularly Excel.

Experience with HRIS or Time & Attendance systems is desirable. Able to build strong relationships at all levels, from the factory floor to senior management. Additional European language skills are advantageous.
