About you CIPD Level 3 or higher qualification Minimum of 3 years' HR experience within a fast-paced, private sector environment Strong knowledge of UK and/or NI employment law and HR best practices Proven experience managing employee relations cases (disciplinary, grievance, performance issues) Skilled in HR systems, particularly PeopleHR and data analytics Excellent communication, organisational, and influencing skills Ability to handle sensitive information with professionalism and discretion What you'll do Proactively support managers with HR issues, providing pragmatic, credible advice to foster a positive employee experience Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including onboarding, ensuring a seamless experience for new hires Maintain accurate employee data in PeopleHR;

produce HR documentation such as contracts and reports Support payroll integration by ensuring HR processes align with payroll systems Develop, implement, and communicate HR policies in compliance with legislation in NI, GB, and ROI Drive and coordinate learning and development initiatives, including the rollout of a new LMS platform Produce HR reports and metrics to support data driven decision making and continuous improvement Stay informed of legislative changes impacting employment practices and advise accordingly Lead engagement activities and support organisational culture initiatives For further information on this job, apply via the link or contact the VANRATH office for a confidential chat today.
