Position: People and Talent Professional Hybrid Role

You will be part of a diverse team working on a 16-month temporary contract. Your primary focus will be on guiding HR practices that support onboarding, recruitment, and performance management. This role involves building strong client relationships, tracking key HR metrics, and enhancing organizational culture through diversity and inclusion.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide HR support throughout the employee life cycle

• Manage full recruitment processes and candidate onboarding

• Conduct orientations and coordinate employee benefits

• Analyze HR metrics to drive staffing insights

• Support ongoing performance management efforts

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in HR with a minimum of 3-5 years of experience

• Proven experience in full-cycle recruitment and HR practices

• Knowledge of employment laws and regulations in BC

• Excellent skills in Microsoft Office and HR technology
