About the Role

Our client, a reputable recruitment consultancy, is seeking a highly motivated Executive Recruitment Consultant to join their team in Richards Bay, Kwa Zulu-Natal . This role is dedicated to identifying and placing senior-level professionals and executives into key positions across various industries. You will be responsible for managing client relationships at a senior level, understanding their strategic hiring objectives, and executing targeted search strategies.

• Conducting retained executive searches from initial client engagement through to successful placement.
• Identifying, assessing, and engaging top-tier executive talent through research, networking, and direct sourcing.
• Providing expert market intelligence and strategic advice to clients on executive talent acquisition.
• Managing the offer process and ensuring a seamless onboarding experience for placed executives.
• Developing and expanding the client base through proactive business development.

• Minimum of 6 years of experience in executive search or senior recruitment, preferably within a consultancy.
• Demonstrated success in sourcing and placing C-suite and senior management roles.
• Exceptional market research, interviewing, and candidate assessment skills.
• Strong business acumen and the ability to build rapport with senior stakeholders.
• Excellent negotiation and presentation abilities.
