Remote HR Generalist

• Provide remote support for employee relations, conflict resolution, and disciplinary processes.
• Manage the virtual onboarding and offboarding experience for new and departing employees.
• Administer HR policies and procedures, ensuring consistent application across the organisation.
• Support talent acquisition processes, including coordinating interviews and managing candidate communication.
• Maintain accurate employee data within the HRIS and generate relevant reports.
• Assist in the development and delivery of HR initiatives and programs.

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience as an HR Generalist , with a significant portion in a remote or virtual setting.
• Solid understanding of South African labour law and HR best practices.
• Proficiency in HRIS and virtual collaboration tools (e.g., Slack, Zoom, Microsoft Teams).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively remotely.
