Senior HR Specialist - Talent Acquisition

About the Role

Our client is looking for a highly skilled and proactive Senior HR Specialist with a focus on Talent Acquisition to join their fully remote team. This role will be responsible for developing and executing innovative recruitment strategies to attract and hire top talent across various departments. You will manage the end-to-end recruitment process, build strong relationships with hiring managers, and contribute to enhancing the employer brand.

• Develop and implement strategic talent acquisition plans aligned with business needs and growth objectives.
• Manage the full recruitment cycle, from job posting and sourcing to interviewing, selecting, and offering employment.
• Partner closely with hiring managers to understand their staffing requirements and ensure a seamless recruitment process.
• Utilize various sourcing channels, including Linked In, job boards, and professional networks, to identify passive and active candidates.
• Enhance the employer brand through compelling job descriptions, social media engagement, and participation in virtual career fairs.
• Track recruitment metrics and provide regular reports on key performance indicators to HR leadership.

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 5+ years of progressive experience in talent acquisition, with a proven track record of successfully hiring for diverse roles.
• Expertise in utilizing Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment technologies.
• Strong understanding of employer branding strategies and candidate experience best practices.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, adapted for a remote setting .
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced, remote environment.
