• Source and close candidates for diverse roles across designated verticals
• Manage full-cycle recruitment processes independently, ensuring a seamless experience for clients and candidates
• Build and nurture a high-quality talent pipeline
• Deliver a positive, professional experience that strengthens client and candidate relationships
• Achieve billing targets and expand your own recruitment desk to drive business growth

• A minimum of 8 years' recruitment experience
• Proven US billing history within agency, RPO, or in-house search environments
• Demonstrated success in managing a full-cycle recruitment desk independently
• Deep expertise in at least one vertical:
  SaaS/tech, financial services, oil and gas, sales & marketing, or fintech
• Strong client relationship management skills
• Proficiency in market research and performance management

• The recruitment industry landscape and best practices
• US employment laws and compliance standards
• Advanced sourcing techniques and candidate engagement strategies

• Salary: R1,200,000 - R1,800,000 per year (Uncapped)
