About the Role
Our client is looking for a dedicated and skilled Remote Human Resources Generalist to join their team, supporting operations based in George . This position is a fully remote role, offering the flexibility to work from anywhere within South Africa . You will play a crucial role in supporting various HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee support, and HR administration, ensuring a seamless employee experience.

- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for various open positions, including sourcing candidates and conducting initial interviews.
- Facilitate the onboarding of new hires, ensuring they have the necessary resources and information to succeed.
- Provide HR support and guidance to employees on a range of queries, including policy interpretation and benefits.
- Assist in the administration of HR systems and maintaining accurate employee records.
- Support the development and implementation of HR initiatives and projects as required.
- Ensure HR processes are compliant with relevant South African labor legislation.
- Relevant degree or diploma in Human Resources or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in a broad HR generalist role.
- Demonstrated experience with HRIS systems and HR administration.
- Strong understanding of recruitment best practices and employment legislation in South Africa .
- Excellent organizational and communication skills, with the ability to work autonomously.
