About the Role
Our client is seeking a highly skilled Remote Talent Acquisition Specialist to drive their recruitment efforts from anywhere within South Africa, with a focus on supporting their operations near Rustenburg, North West . This role is critical in identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent across various departments, all within a fully remote framework. You will leverage your expertise in modern recruitment strategies and digital tools to build robust talent pipelines and ensure a positive candidate experience.
As a key member of the HR team, you will contribute to shaping the company's workforce and culture through strategic talent acquisition, making a significant impact on business objectives while enjoying the flexibility of remote work.
- Manage the full lifecycle of recruitment for assigned roles, from vacancy identification to offer acceptance, in a fully remote capacity.
- Develop and implement innovative sourcing strategies to attract diverse and qualified candidates.
- Conduct in-depth interviews, assessments, and reference checks to evaluate candidate suitability.
- Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand their needs and define role requirements.
- Maintain and update candidate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) , ensuring data accuracy.
- Foster a positive and engaging candidate experience throughout the hiring journey.
- Proven experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist or Recruitment Consultant, preferably with remote work experience.
- Strong understanding of various sourcing channels, including Linked In Recruiter, job boards, and professional networks.
- Excellent interviewing and assessment skills.
- Proficiency in using ATS and other HR technology platforms.
- Exceptional communication, organizational, and time-management skills.
- Ability to work independently and proactively in a remote work environment.
