Our client is seeking a strategic HR Business Partner to remotely support their operations in Paarl. This key role involves acting as a strategic advisor to business leaders, aligning HR strategies with organizational goals, and driving key people initiatives. You will focus on areas such as talent management, organizational design, change management, and employee engagement, fostering a culture of high performance and continuous improvement.

• Partner with senior management to develop and execute HR strategies that support business objectives.
• Provide guidance and support on organizational structure, workforce planning, and talent development.
• Lead employee engagement initiatives and advise on cultural development.
• Manage complex employee relations issues, ensuring fair and consistent application of policies.
• Drive talent management processes, including succession planning and performance management.

• Master's degree in Human Resources Management, Industrial Psychology, or equivalent.
• 5+ years of experience in an HR Business Partner role or similar strategic HR position.
• Demonstrated experience in change management, talent development, and employee engagement.
• Strong understanding of South African labor law and HR best practices.
• Exceptional communication, influencing, and consulting skills.
