You will be responsible for managing recruitment processes end-to-end, utilizing a wide array of digital tools to source, engage, and place qualified candidates.

• Manage full-cycle recruitment activities, including candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer negotiation, all remotely.
• Develop and execute effective talent sourcing strategies across various online platforms and professional networks.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future job openings.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand their specific staffing needs and recruitment objectives.
• Ensure a positive and professional candidate experience at every stage of the recruitment process.
• Maintain accurate candidate data and track recruitment metrics within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) .

• Proven experience in recruitment , either agency or in-house, with a strong understanding of sourcing techniques.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple requisitions and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills, suitable for remote interaction.
• Proficiency with ATS and other recruitment technology tools.
• High degree of self-motivation, organization, and autonomy required for remote work.
