About the Role

Our client is looking for an experienced and strategic Senior HR Business Partner to operate in a fully remote capacity. This role is critical for partnering with senior leadership and business units to drive HR initiatives that support strategic organizational goals. You will provide expert advice on talent management, organizational design, change management, and employee engagement, all within a virtual framework.

The ideal candidate is a seasoned HR professional with strong business acumen, excellent remote collaboration skills, and a proven ability to influence and drive impactful HR strategies across dispersed teams.

• Act as a strategic partner to business leaders, aligning HR strategy with business objectives.
• Lead talent management initiatives, including succession planning and leadership development.
• Provide expert guidance on complex employee relations matters and organizational change.
• Develop and implement programs to enhance employee engagement and foster a high-performance culture.
• Analyze HR data and metrics to provide insights and recommendations to leadership.

• Master's degree in Human Resources, Industrial Psychology, or a related field.
• 8+ years of progressive HR experience, with at least 4 years as an HR Business Partner.
• Proven experience in leading complex HR projects and strategic initiatives.
• Exceptional skills in influencing, coaching, and stakeholder management, especially in remote settings.
• Strong understanding of HR best practices and South African labor law.
