You will manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from understanding hiring needs to onboarding new employees, specializing in roles across flight operations, engineering, maintenance, and management. This position requires a deep understanding of the aviation job market and strong networking capabilities.

• Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
