About the Role
Our client, a well-established Recruitment Consultancy, is seeking a driven Recruitment Consultant specializing in the Mining & Resources sector. This role, based in Mahikeng , operates on a hybrid model, allowing for flexibility between office collaboration and remote work. You will be responsible for connecting mining companies with essential operational, technical, and managerial talent. This is an exciting opportunity for a recruiter with industry knowledge or a strong interest to contribute to a vital sector of the economy, building relationships and delivering key personnel solutions.
Key Responsibilities- Manage the complete recruitment process for roles within the mining and resources industry, including geologists, engineers, and operations managers.
- Source, screen, and assess candidates with relevant experience in mining, exploration, and processing.
- Develop and nurture strong relationships with clients in the mining and related sectors.
- Utilize specialized sourcing strategies to identify and engage candidates in a niche market.
- Stay informed about the latest developments, safety standards, and talent needs within the mining industry.
- Ensure efficient and effective delivery of recruitment services to clients.
- Previous experience as a Recruitment Consultant , ideally with exposure to the mining or resources sector.
- Understanding of the operational and technical requirements within the mining industry.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and candidate engagement skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a hybrid work setting.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously.
