As a Recruiter, you will be responsible for sourcing, evaluating, and presenting top candidates for positions in the ABA Therapy field. You will work closely with our client to understand their needs and help build a talented team to provide excellent therapy services. This role offers the flexibility of working remotely and requires availability to work during US-based hours to effectively communicate with our client and candidates.

• Talent Sourcing & Recruitment: Proactively identify and source qualified candidates in the ABA Therapy field using various channels such as job boards, social media, networking, and database searches.
• Screening & Interviews: Conduct initial screening interviews, assess candidates' skills and experience, and determine their suitability for the client's needs. Coordinate and schedule interviews with the client as needed.

  Act as a liaison between the client and candidates, ensuring clear and effective communication throughout the hiring process.
• Job Postings & Job Description s: Create and post job advertisements for open ABA Therapy roles, ensuring they accurately reflect the needs and qualifications required by the client.

  Provide a positive and professional experience for all candidates, guiding them through the interview process and keeping them informed of their status.
• Database Management: Maintain a robust candidate database, tracking progress and ensuring timely follow-up with prospects.
• Market Research: Stay informed on the latest trends and best practices in the ABA Therapy space, including competitor analysis and salary benchmarks.

• Experience: Proven experience in recruiting for healthcare or therapy roles, with a focus on ABA Therapy or related fields is highly preferred.
• Knowledge: Understanding of ABA Therapy principles and terminology is a plus.
