Location: Hybrid - Work from home with on-site requirements weekly in Birmingham

Client: Leading technology company focused on industry, infrastructure, transport, and healthcare

Your Role:

As a Talent Acquisition Partner, you will:

Craft Future proof Talent Strategies: Utilise your market knowledge to design innovative MSP recruitment solutions.
Vendor Management: Drive vendor management across various roles, ensuring top-tier client service and expert advice.
Technology and Insights: Leverage technology (field glass) and analytics to tailor recruitment solutions based on specific requirements.
Stakeholder Management: Be the first point of contact for managers and suppliers, building and maintaining strong relationships.
Problem-Solving: Use your initiative to resolve queries and find effective solutions.
Deliver high-class client service and expert recruitment advice.
Tailor recruitment solutions using your MSP recruitment knowledge.
Thrive on building and maintaining effective relationships with stakeholders.
Demonstrate strong communication, analytical and problem-solving skills.
Hire blue collar/ and white collar profiles.
Technically capable with working experience of Fieldglass or Beeline
