About the Role

Our client seeks a strategic and experienced Senior Human Resources Business Partner to join their dynamic, fully remote team. In this critical role, you will serve as a primary HR contact for assigned business units, aligning HR strategies with organizational goals and driving key people initiatives. You will partner closely with leadership to address talent management, organizational design, employee relations, and change management challenges.

This position is perfect for a seasoned HR professional who excels in building strong relationships and influencing outcomes in a virtual, fast-paced environment, ensuring consistent support across geographically dispersed teams.

• Act as a strategic advisor to business leaders on all HR-related matters.
• Develop and implement talent management strategies, including succession planning and development.
• Manage complex employee relations issues and ensure fair and consistent application of policies.
• Drive organizational change initiatives and support workforce planning.
  
  Partner with HR centers of excellence (e.g., compensation, talent acquisition) to deliver integrated solutions.
• Analyze HR data and metrics to provide insights and recommendations to leadership.

• Master's degree in Human Resources Management, MBA, or a related field.
• 8+ years of progressive HR experience, with a significant portion as an HR Business Partner.
• Demonstrated success in strategic HR planning and execution.
• Strong understanding of employment law and HR best practices.
