Position: Experienced HR Business Partner Hybrid Role
Join our Mississauga office as an HR Business Partner on a hybrid schedule. This 14-month contract emphasizes strategic HR support and talent management.

Reporting to the Director of Human Resources, you'll provide comprehensive HR services, focusing on employee relations, recruitment, and compliance with organizational policies. Your ability to nurture effective working relationships and your expertise in implementing HR strategies will be essential for success in this role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as the first line of HR support for employees

• Manage the complete recruitment and onboarding cycle

• Support and coordinate employee engagement programs

• Ensure HR compliance with labor laws

• Compile and analyze HR metrics for decision making

Requirements:

• Post secondary education in HR Management or related discipline

• Minimum 2 years of HR experience

• Proficient in HR policies, procedures, and legislation

• Strong communication and organizational skills

• Experience with Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS
