• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for various open positions.

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in recruitment, preferably within a corporate or agency environment.
• Proven success in sourcing candidates using various online platforms and social media.
• Excellent interviewing and assessment skills.
• Strong communication and negotiation abilities.
• Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
