Senior Consultant - Organizational Development; Remote

About the Role

Our client is seeking an experienced Senior Consultant specializing in Organizational Development to join their fully remote team, with a connection to Upington, Northern Cape . In this role, you will guide clients through critical changes aimed at enhancing organizational effectiveness, employee engagement, and performance. You will leverage your expertise in change management, leadership development, and culture transformation to design and implement bespoke solutions.

• Assess organizational structures, culture, and capabilities to identify development needs.
• Design and implement strategies for change management, talent management, and leadership development.

• Develop and deliver training programs on topics such as team effectiveness and communication.
• Advise clients on optimizing organizational design and improving employee performance.
• Measure the impact of organizational development initiatives and provide ongoing recommendations.

• Master's degree in Organizational Psychology, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 7+ years of experience in organizational development, change management, or HR consulting.
• Proven ability to design and implement effective OD interventions.
• Strong understanding of organizational behavior, change management theories, and leadership principles.
• Excellent remote facilitation, communication, and influencing skills.
