• Provide remote HR support to employees and managers, addressing inquiries and resolving issues efficiently.
• Administer HR policies and procedures, ensuring consistent application across the organization.
• Support the full employee lifecycle, including onboarding, performance management, and offboarding.
• Manage HR documentation and maintain accurate employee records in the HRIS.
• Facilitate virtual employee engagement initiatives and contribute to HR projects.
• Ensure compliance with relevant labor laws and regulations in all HR practices.

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience as an HR Generalist or in a similar HR role, with a strong background in remote work.
• Solid understanding of HR principles, best practices, and South African labor law.
• Experience with HRIS systems and virtual collaboration tools.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, crucial for remote interaction.
• Ability to work autonomously, manage time effectively, and maintain confidentiality.
