• Provide comprehensive HR support to employees and managers remotely.

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a generalist HR role.
• Experience with HRIS systems and HR best practices.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, essential for remote collaboration.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
• Familiarity with South African labor law is an advantage.
