- Manage the full recruitment cycle for technical roles, including software development, engineering, data science, and IT infrastructure.
- Develop and implement innovative sourcing strategies to identify and engage highly specialized technical talent globally.
- Conduct technical screening interviews and effectively assess candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit.
- Partner closely with hiring managers and clients to understand technical requirements and provide market insights.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with technical communities and talent pools.
- Utilize advanced sourcing tools and techniques to ensure a consistent pipeline of qualified candidates.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience specifically in technical recruitment, preferably within a consultancy setting.
- Proven ability to recruit for a wide range of technology roles, including niche and senior positions.
- Deep understanding of technology stacks, programming languages, and IT concepts.
- Excellent sourcing skills, with proficiency in tools like Linked In Recruiter, Git Hub, and other technical platforms.
- Strong interviewing and assessment capabilities tailored for technical candidates.
- Exceptional communication, organization, and stakeholder management skills.
