• Manage the full spectrum of HR generalist duties, including recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding.

• Maintain accurate employee data and HR records in the HR Information System.

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
• 3-5 years of experience as an HR Generalist , with significant experience in a remote role.
• Thorough knowledge of South African employment legislation and HR best practices.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in HRIS and common HR software applications.
