About the Role

Our client is looking for a highly skilled Senior Human Resources Specialist to join their remote workforce, supporting HR functions for teams in and around Centurion . This role requires a strategic HR professional with expertise in various HR disciplines, including employee relations, performance management, and HR compliance. As a senior member of the HR team, you will provide guidance and support to managers and employees, contributing to the development and execution of HR strategies that enhance organizational effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities Manage complex employee relations issues, investigations, and resolutions in a remote context. Oversee performance management processes, including goal setting, feedback, and reviews. Ensure compliance with all relevant labor laws and regulations, updating policies as needed. Partner with leadership to develop and implement HR strategies that support business goals. Lead special HR projects, such as HR system implementations or policy revisions.

Provide mentorship and guidance to junior HR team members. Requirements Master's degree in Human Resources, Industrial Psychology, or a related field. 7+ years of progressive HR experience, with at least 2 years in a senior specialist or generalist role. Expertise in employee relations, performance management, and HR compliance. Experience working within a remote-first or hybrid organizational structure. Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret HR data to drive decision-making.
