• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for mid to senior-level roles for a portfolio of clients.

• Conduct thorough candidate assessments, interviews, and provide detailed feedback to clients.
• Negotiate competitive offer packages and manage the candidate onboarding experience.

• Minimum of 6 years of experience in recruitment consultancy , with a focus on executive or senior-level placements.
• Demonstrated success in managing client relationships and delivering against challenging recruitment KPIs.
• Exceptional remote communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in utilizing a wide range of recruitment technologies, CRM, and ATS platforms.
• Strong business acumen and the ability to act as a trusted advisor to clients.
