You will manage the full recruitment process, ensuring that mining operations have access to the skilled personnel they require. • Source, screen, and interview candidates for a diverse range of mining and related technical roles.

• Minimum 3 years of experience in recruitment, with a significant focus on the mining industry.

• Understanding of the mining project lifecycle and associated staffing requirements.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
• Experience using recruitment databases and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
