About the Role

Our client, a niche recruitment consultancy, is seeking a specialized Recruitment Consultant to join their team serving the Mossel Bay area. This role will focus on specific industries, requiring a deep understanding of the local market and the unique talent needs within it. You will be responsible for end-to-end recruitment, building strong relationships with both clients and candidates. • Manage recruitment processes for specialized industry roles.
• Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies tailored to niche markets.
• Conduct detailed candidate assessments and reference checks.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates within your specialty.
• Provide expert advice to clients on talent acquisition strategies and market trends.

• 3+ years of recruitment experience, preferably with a specialization in a particular industry.
• Strong understanding of candidate sourcing techniques and market mapping.
• Excellent client relationship management and communication skills.
• Ability to adapt to a hybrid work model , effectively managing time between remote and office-based tasks.
• Knowledge of the local Mossel Bay talent landscape is advantageous.
