About the Role

Our client, a respected recruitment consultancy, is seeking a proactive Talent Acquisition Partner to join their team in Pretoria . In this hybrid role, you will act as a strategic partner to clients, managing end-to-end recruitment processes for critical positions. Your focus will be on understanding client needs deeply, sourcing high-caliber candidates, and ensuring an excellent candidate experience. • Manage full-cycle recruitment for various client roles, from initial engagement through to successful placement.
• Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to attract a diverse pool of qualified candidates.
• Conduct thorough interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate skills, experience, and cultural fit.
• Collaborate closely with hiring managers to define job requirements, screening criteria, and selection processes.
• Provide regular updates and market insights to clients regarding recruitment progress and candidate pipelines.
• Negotiate employment offers and ensure a seamless onboarding experience for new hires.

• Proven experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or as a Recruitment Consultant .
• Strong understanding of sourcing methodologies and candidate assessment techniques.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
• Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment technologies.
