You will be responsible for strategic sourcing, engaging top-tier talent, building robust candidate pipelines, and ensuring a seamless hiring experience for both clients and candidates.

• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for a diverse range of roles, from initial consultation to offer acceptance.
• Develop and execute innovative sourcing strategies to attract high-caliber candidates globally and locally.
• Conduct thorough candidate screenings, interviews, and assessments, ensuring a high standard of evaluation.
• Partner closely with clients to understand their needs, providing expert advice on talent market dynamics.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
• Drive exceptional candidate experience throughout the recruitment journey.

• Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in talent acquisition or recruitment consultancy, with a focus on remote or hybrid roles.
• Proven ability to manage multiple requisitions and deliver results in a fast-paced, remote environment.
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport virtually.
• Proficiency in using various ATS platforms and online recruitment tools.
• Strong understanding of global and local talent markets and sourcing methodologies.
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
