• Manage the full recruitment cycle for technology roles, including software development, data science, and IT infrastructure.
• Source passive and active candidates through advanced search techniques, professional networks, and database utilization.
• Conduct thorough candidate screenings and interviews to assess technical skills, cultural fit, and career aspirations.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with technology leaders and hiring managers, understanding their unique talent needs.
• Provide market insights and consultation to clients on talent availability, compensation trends, and recruitment strategies.
• Facilitate offer negotiations and ensure a smooth candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

• Demonstrated experience as a Recruitment Consultant , with a specialization in the Technology field.
• Strong understanding of various technology stacks, roles, and the current IT job market.
• Excellent candidate engagement and interviewing skills.
• Proven ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and Linked In Recruiter.
• Exceptional negotiation and influencing capabilities.
